Using online or mobile banking or through your branch, add Progressa as a payee and make a payment anytime. When adding us as a payee, use your Loan Number as the account number. If you do not know your Loan Number, please contact us and we can provide it to you.
Using online or mobile banking, send an eTransfer to payments@progressa.com. We have auto-deposit enabled, so no security question is needed! Simply include your Loan Number in the message box of the eTransfer. If you are unsure of your Loan Number, you can also use your Full Name and Phone Number. If you have questions or need help, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If your loan is on schedule then you are likely already on a pre-authorized debit plan with us. If your loan is overdue and you would like to set up a series of payments or an on-going payment plan, please contact us and we will take care of it for you.
